So, as the classic rock group, America, would sing, “I’ve been one poor correspondent.” It’s been way too long since I’ve posted anything here, so I’ve decided to make amends–especially since some stuff’s been happening.<\/p>\n

For one thing, that second novel I’d been talking about, The Precious Dreadful<\/em>, is officially on the way! It’ll be released by Merit Press on September 1, 2017, and is currently available for pre-order<\/a>! And I’m excited to announce Merit Press is now an imprint of Simon & Schuster, making me an S&S author<\/a>!<\/p>\n

The Namesake<\/em> is now available as a Simon & Schuster e-book, as well as in audio-book format. I’m hopeful once The Precious Dreadful<\/em> releases Merit\/S&S will consider releasing a paperback of The Namesake<\/em> (fingers crossed). <\/p>\n

In other news, I recently attended my first out-of-state author event, in fact, WAY out of state: Teen BookFest by the Bay in Corpus Christi, TX. I’ll check in soon with photos and news from the trip. Seriously, I’m going to get back in the habit of posting regularly now that I have a book releasing in just about six months. Stay tuned…and if you can, please place an early order for The Precious Dreadful<\/em>. Every pre-order copy helps boost interest in the novel.
